What I've Been Up To Lately
September 28th, 2016
It’s been such a busy time with so many things to share. I already told you about our trip to London for the Canadian Country Music Awards. The trip was about getting many of the T.E.A.M. Dog Rescue alumni together to be paired with Canadian country music stars. We all had our pictures taken and the end result will be the 2017 fundraising calendar for T.E.A.M. Rescue. Take a look at the good company I was in for the calendar.
The calendar is expected to be available end of October or so. Each calendar will sell for $20 plus $5.00 for shipping with all the proceeds going to T.E.A.M. Dog Rescue. They’ll have only so many calendars so if it’s something you’re interested in, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how many you’d like to have. We’re keeping track and will get back to you once they’re available.
On Sunday we had an event at Coronation Park in Toronto. This was our annual Bark in the Park event. It rained. Then it rained some more. Then it stopped for a while. Then it rained again. The one thing I learned is that people who love dogs don’t let a little rain get in the way of having a great time.
It’s only water right? Sadie came with and she had the best time making new friends and playing hostess to all the dogs. Way to go Sadie!!!
The last thing I wanted to share with you today is for you to meet my cousin. His name is Moses; also called Mozezek fondly by his humans. Moses is my cousin and he’s quite the goofball. He loves everybody - not a mean bone in his body. And he’s funny. He makes everybody laugh especially when he starts barking at the walls. He’s only a year old, loves going for walks and loves to visit the vet’s office right across the street from where he lives. They give him treats and lots of pats. He’s such a heart melter.
